Full credit on all monies paid towards another Midwest Soccer Academy program minus a $75 administrative fee (no expiration).
Written notification of cancellation within 14 days of camp.
50% Credit on all monies paid towards another Midwest Soccer Academy program minus $75 administrative fee.
Refunds for injury or illness or family (immediate) emergency during camp:
Pro-rated credit towards future Midwest Soccer Academy program (minus Room and Board costs charged by the facility and $75 administrative fee).
Cancellation of Academy location and camper unable to transfer to new location:
Complete refund of all monies paid to date.
Full credit towards any future Midwest Soccer Academy program minus $35 administrative fee.
